Rotary HSRs Supporting National Immunization Days - Agara PHC : On 21st December Rotary HSR joined hands with Agara PHC to participate in the National Immunization Days (NIDs), a vital initiative aimed at eradicating polio and ensuring the health and well-being of children across the community. As part of the mass vaccination campaign, supplemental doses of the oral polio vaccine (OPV) were administered to children, reinforcing the countrys efforts to maintain polio-free status. Our Contribution: - PHC 1, Agara PHC : 15,054 children vaccinated - Volunteers: Approximately 250 students from Oxford College, government college, and medico staff - Support facilities: Breakfast and transportation provided for volunteers Rotary HSR is proud to have played a significant role in this initiative, demonstrating our commitment to making a difference in the lives of those around us.
